Mr. Rodriguez provided prompt and courteous service to us during a very difficult time after losing our five year old Bull Terrier to cancer. Rod was amazing. We weren't sure what to do when our cat passed away at home but he really made the process so much easier for us. Rod was incredibly responsive and easy to reach. But more importantly, he was really thoughtful throughout-especially with our young daughter who had picked out and wrapped a toy for our cat to play with when he got to the rainbow bridge. Rod took her seriously and was so kind to her and respectful of our loss.
